Term of Service

_ Once you commission me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.
_ Please read carefully before Commission.Important informations:_ I won’t draw realistic art, heavy mecha, hate speech, illegal content, offensive characters, AI/NFT
training, NSFW, furry, elders, etc…
_ I ask A LOT of questions.
_ Rude/disrespectful clients will get blocked and get in blacklist.
_ Please note that my computer’s color are badly match with my phone and usually darker. I tend to fix
them afterward on my phone.
_ I sometimes sketch on paper, especially with complex artwork.
_ You can only do free changes in sketch or lineart stages. Changes in the coloring stages that are not
about colors WILL COST EXTRA.
_ You’ll receive the final artwork through google drive.
_ Do not make any big edits to my art in any circumstances. If you want edits, let me do it for you.Payment:_ I only accept Paypal.
_ Paypal: Please transfer it in “Family & Friends” type to avoid extra fee. Thank you.
_ I only starts after you transfer 100% of the price after I contact you and approve your form.
_ Commercial price will be x2 - x3 of the price.
_ The price could increase based on how details your art is.
_ If you didn’t take my form seriously, I have the right to decline you.Refund Policy:_ I won’t accept it if I can’t draw it, please understand when I decline your commission, if you transfer the
money, I’ll return 100% back.
_ No refunds after you confirm the sketch. If I drop your art midway, there will be a partial refund
depending on how much I have drawn.Preparation_ Please prepare at least 3 visual references and a detailed description of what you want your art to look
like.
_ If you already have a sketch, feel free to send it to me.Rights to use of the artwork:_ I have the right to upload the commission on my social medias and credit you as the owner of the
character (unless your commission is a private one).
_ Please credit me when you post the artwork on any social medias.
_ Do not claim the artwork as yours.
_ This is for personal use only, you cannot use the artwork for commercial purposes if you didn’t pay the commercial price.
